For this particular method, 

you will need:

• 1 tablespoon of honey
• 1 Avocado

Make sure you rinse your face 

first and pat it dry. Scrap out the 

avocado and mix it with honey to 

form a paste. 

Apply it to mask your face and leave 

it for 20-25 mins.

When you are done, wash it off with 

warm water and apply moisturizer.
